Little Forest School on the Green Daily Sessions and Registration

Childcare Options:

  • Full Day = 9.00am – 3pm
  • Half day (morning) = 9.00am – 12pm
  • Half day (afternoon) = 12pm – 3pm

A £50 non-refundable registration fee will be required.

Information and Funding

Invoicing

We are open for 38 weeks of the year term time only, we will invoice you half termly.  Invoices must be paid at the beginning of each term. Your invoice may include government Early Years Funding if applicable (see below). 

Holidays taken and sickness cannot be refunded.

We will be closed for normal school holiday periods and all Bank Holidays. Normal fees will apply on Bank Holidays that fall in a School Week when we are open.

Early Years Funding for 3 year olds

The first term after your child is 3 years old, your child will be able to claim 570 hours of Early Years Education Funding ( Universal ), across the 38 weeks that we are open. We offer a maximum of 3 hours EYEF per session or 6 hours EYEF in a full day. This will be shown on your invoice. We are not able to offer more than 15 hours of EYFE per week.

Extended Funding ( 30 Hours ) and 2 year old Funding 

At Little Forest School we offer all Government Funding,  you will be need to be eligible and provide Little Forest School with a Code and your National Insurance Number. Information can be found on the ”Childcare Choices Website” or on our ”Useful Links Page this includes paying by Tax Free Childcare.

Additional Service Fees

Please note your invoice will have an additional service charge fee applied per session for our extensive “Forest School Program” as well as other extra additional services and consumables that we provide at Little Forest School on the Green everyday.

We are registered with all the major Voucher Companies as well as the Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme and they will all have our details. Please give them our setting name and address and we will receive your payments automatically. Please remember invoices are due at the beginning of the term so you may need to make a BACS payment first, as your vouchers may not arrive in time.
