Mrs Angela Clift

Proprietor

Mrs Clift is the Proprietor of Little Forest Schools; she started her training as a young adult by studying childcare and working in small Nursery Schools in the local area. Mrs Clift went on to gain a BA (Hons) Degree in Social Work and a Post Graduate Certificate in Childcare at Brunel University. After working 8 years in Children & Family Social Services, Mrs Clift started her own family and followed her dream of opening a Nursery School. Little Forest School on the Green was established in 2006 followed by Nonsuch Park Forest School Nursery Lodge in 2013 and most recently Nonsuch Park Forest School London Lodge. Mrs Clift can often be seen in the park walking her dogs Denzel & Molly, she has a passion for outdoor learning and can often be seen at one of our settings cooking with the children on the open fire, sawing wood or building dens.

Mrs Suzanne Walsh

Director of Operations Area Manager Nursery Lodge and London Lodge

Mrs Suzanne Walsh is our Operations Director and Area Manager, Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and SENco. She holds a BA (Hons) in Early Years Education and Childcare and a Forest School Leader qualification. Mrs Walsh has over 25 years of experience in early years education having spent 12 years in a local primary school. Suzanne joined the Nonsuch Park Forest School team over 10 years ago starting as our Team Lead before taking on the responsibility of Nonsuch Park Forest School Manager 9 years ago.  Suzanne has an interest in Speech and Language development in young children and supports children with Special Educational Needs. Suzanne has recently implemented the Curiosity Approach, after a year of determination and hard team efforts, Nonsuch Park Forest School is now a fully accredited Curiosity Approach setting. Suzanne’s team success of achieving the nursery school ‘Outstanding’ in our most recent Ofsted inspection. Suzanne is now supporting the Department for Education (DfE) in the role of Area Lead for the Early Years Covid Recovery Program. This role supports other Nursery Schools in order to achieve higher standards of care and provision, sharing good practice.

MS HANNAH KEARSEY

 Ms Hannah Kearsey

Hannah is our Nursery Business Manager and is our (DSL) Designated Safeguarding Lead and our Area SENco. Hannah started with us at Nonsuch Park Forest School in 2016 and is the Nursery Manager at our London Lodge setting. Hannah has a ‘Foundation Degree’ and specialises in supporting children with Special Educational Needs. Hannah has been within education for over 13 years and has a great working relationship with both the children and their families. Hannah is qualified as a Forest School Lead and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences with her team.

Ms Jacqui Jones

Nursery Administrator and Admissions Officer

Jacqui Jones is our Nursery administrator at London Lodge, she is our first point of contact with all new nursery inquiries and conducts our Nursery Tours. Jacqui is responsible for all our advance nursery school admissions and funding. Jacqui has many years of administration experience, and she is on hand to take any enquiries about your child starting Nonsuch Park Forest School.

Rachael Head

Rachael Head

Deputy Manager

Rachael joined Nonsuch Park Forest School and quickly worked her way up to Deputy Manager of London Lodge. She is also a designated safeguarding lead (DSL) and the Room Lead of our Ranger Cubs group, bringing 10 years of childcare experience and knowledge after gaining her childcare qualification back in 2014.
Rachael has a great love of being outdoors and being local to London Lodge has a great awareness of the park and what it has to offer.
Working with children is a great passion of Rachael’s, aiding in the growth and development of all the children in her care and building lasting relationships with children and their families.
Rachael strives to create a room where your children feel safe, comfortable and most of all, happy where they have fun whilst learning to grow naturally

Ms Leona Early

Deputy Manager

Leona joined Nonsuch Park Forest School, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge within childcare, spanning over 9 years. Being the eldest sibling from a large family, Leona was able to provide the care and support for her younger siblings from a young age. Leona has a great passion for childcare and loves being outdoors, which makes Nonsuch Park Forest School the best place for her to be. Leona is currently undertaking a Foundation Degree in Early Years.

Ms Chloe Del Rio

Lead Educator  

Chloe is a qualified level 3 Childcare Educator who started her Childcare studies with us as an apprentice. Chloe is currently supporting our Cubs children. Chloe fully embraces all aspects of our Forest School ethos and is often seen climbing, balancing on the fallen trees whilst exploring minibeasts and puddles. Chloe is extremely popular with all the children, she is continually thinking of creative Forest School ideas to enhance the children’s learning and development and will use an array of natural treasures with the children to make a range of wonderful creations. Chloe is currently undertaking a Foundation Degree in Early Years.

Mrs Lorraine Stockford

Nursery Educator

Lorraine joined Nonsuch Park Forest School, having previously worked with children in need of extra support. Lorraine is a qualified Level 3 Early years educator. Lorraine is hearing impaired and will use Makaton to help with communicating with children that may need support on their speech. Lorraine has used her skills to enhance the children’s environment through experiencing something ‘New’ and ‘Exciting’.

Ms Rachel Povey

Nursery Educator

Since starting with Nonsuch Park Forest School, Rachel has embraced every moment and will get stuck in with the children, jumping in puddles and rolling down hills. Rachel is currently lead of Explorers and is undertaking her Forest School Lead qualification. Rachel has always had an interest in working with younger children from growing up with a big family and having a daughter herself. This has influenced her in being passionate about helping and supporting children’s learning to develop in a fun, creative, engaging, and happy environment

Ms Enya Holden

Nursery Educator Apprentice 

Enya joined Nonsuch Park Forest School, having previous experience as a lifeguard, looking after and ensuring the safety of children at her local swimming pool. Enya has found a passion for working in childcare and is currently undertaking training in Early Years

Greeta Dunn 

Nursery Educator 

Greeta joined Nonsuch Park Forest School and is currently working with our Ranger Cubs. She has a grown-up son and daughter and is also a grandmother to two little boys aged 6 and 3. When her children were young, she spent several years as a registered childminder with Merton Council. Having more recently been a successful project manager, she was looking for a career change a little closer to home that would keep her active and she has certainly found that here with us in our Forest School. She loves being out in the park in all weathers and totally embraces the changing seasons, muddy puddles and the searching for insects and worms that our children so love – there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing! She lives locally to Nonsuch Park so knows the area well and since 2020 has also been an allotment owner in Stoneleigh, a skill that will be invaluable to us come the spring.

 Alexandra (Lexi) Louise Huggett

Nursery Educator

Lexi joined Nonsuch Park Forest School, where she works with the Rangers. Coming from a large family, Lexi has always enjoyed working with children. She earned a Diploma in Childcare and Education and then completed a degree in Primary Education in 2011. With over 10 years of experience as a primary school teacher, Lexi has taught across all key stages, focusing particularly on the Early Years Foundation Stage as a Reception teacher. An avid traveller and adventurer, Lexi spent more than three years exploring various countries. Since her return, she has recognised the benefits of a holistic approach to learning and the significance of outdoor experiences. Lexi is currently training as a Level 3 Forest School Leader and enjoys gardening at her allotment, meditating, and doing yoga.

Lindsay Payne 

Nursery Educator

Lindsay joined Nonsuch Park Forest School, where she is part of the Rangers group. With nine years of experience in Early Years education, she holds a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently completing her Bachelor’s Degree. Having grown up in Girlguiding and Scouting, Lindsay has a strong passion for the outdoors and often spends her school holidays camping with family. She leads an active lifestyle, participating in activities such as weightlifting, cycling, and running to maintain her fitness. Lindsay enjoys engaging with all aspects of Forest School, whether it’s jumping in puddles with the children or assisting them in building confidence through climbing and learning new skills.

Mrs Sophie Fry

Financial administrator

Sophie is our Financial administrator and joined Nonsuch Park Forest School after previously working in her families Accounting business for 5 years. Sophie has previous experience in working in social care and enjoys visiting the children within their new and exciting environment.
